Crystal Springs first beer is a robust porter. It is a complex craft beer that uses seven different grains from three different countries, American and British hops, and our flavorful house yeast. We call it an American porter because, even though it uses grains and hops from other countries, it is here where they all come together for a bold, roasty, chocolaty, flavorful beer. 7.5% ABV, 50 IBUs, refermented in the bottle. Serve at 45-54F in a brandy snifter, wine glass, or the traditional nonic glass. Watch for: seasonal releases of Doc’s American Porter brewed with raspberry, cherry, or hazelnut or rum barrel aged. Doc’s is made with US 2-row, white wheat, caramel 80L, UK pale chocolate, chocolate, carastan and US black malts and German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. OG 1.072, FG 1.014.
