OUR BEERS
At Crystal Springs Brewing Company we love beer, from traditional styles to aggressively hopped California style ales, from Belgian style ales to barrel aged beers. We currently produce four beers - Doc's Porter, an American robust porter; Summertime Ale, a light, slightly fruity Kolsch-style ale; Black Saddle, a Russian Imperial Stout, offered during the winter holidays; and Stage House 1899, a black ale, offered only at The Kitchen Cafe in Boulder. In late April of 2011 we will release our Tic Wit, a Belgian Wit beer. As we grow we will add more beers to our line up. Our goal is not to produce mass quantities of beer, but rather to produce great beer. If our beers turn out to be aggressive, assertive, extreme, or traditional, so be it. We just want to make great beer, inspired by whatever moves us at the time.
