Black Saddles

Just thought I'd give you an update on where we are with the new equipment and what we're up to these days.  We've finally gotten everything figured out with the new system and plan to be fully operational with it by mid October.  It has been a wonderful, but humbling, learning experience!
More importantly, now that the days are getting a little cooler, it is time to release this year's Black Saddle.       Black Saddle Stout is an imperial stout brewed in the Russian Imperial Stout style – dark, thick, complex, and roasty, with hints of dark fruit and chocolate. This is a beer for those special occasions when you wish to savor a beer or share it with friends. Black Saddle is a big beer to warm you on a cold winter evening, pair with a great cigar or share with friends on a cool evening by a fire pit. 10.3% ABV, 86 IBUs. We suggest serving it at 50-57F in a snifter.  It also ages quite nicely, so you might want to get a couple for your cellar.
We'll be releasing this year's Black Saddle on October 13th.  Look for it in your favorite stores and restaurants.
